I can get my body feeling numb and in full relax mode, i Start to feel disconnected from my body and a spinning sensation. After that I stay stuck because I don't know where to direct my mind attention..The paralysis comes over me at this point do I continue focusing on deep breathing??
I understand this is different for everyone I hope Im not offending if i make a separate topic bout this, ive been reading thru the topics many times getting a strategy down. I'll try completely forgetting about the breathing and the ear noise and jus truly focus on my imagination & dreamscapes. As i start to feel more physical sensations- i come back for a moment from my scape to check on my signs,,,
this passive awareness is amazingly fun to get good at yet it requires patience & practice lots..--
