I kindof did this tonight, I was trying to go to sleep, and my mind wandered, became a very detailed daydream, and all of a sudden I became aware of my body. The major thing was that I wasn't really focusing or trying to do the technique.

I also noticed that when I was trying the WILD technique, I became incredibly confused and muddled with my thoughts/body. I became caught up in hi and my thoughts, but I would often drift from them back to reality, making things very confusing and sometimes causing tension, and I can't relax. Im wondering if I were more conscious of myself and the hi, perhaps i could have had an ld? The thing is, this was right when I went to bed ( I try the WILD technique to practice laying there), so im not sure if the hi could have actually put me into a lucid dream.
