      what method should i use

ok well im 15 and in high school. i go to bed from 10-11:30 usually, and get up at 6:30. on weekends friends usually stay over at my house so i sleep in the basement (no alarm clock to wake up in middle of night). im asking what method should i try during the week days, and what to try on weekends when my friends do not stay over. i want to try a wild on a weekend, but for the last 3 weeks things have made it so i cant. now im wondering if there is an easy enough way to try to LD that wont make me super tired in the morning on week nights, or some super hard core way on weekends.

You seem to be getting plenty of sleep, so I suggest you do a WBTB at 5 am. From there, you can do a WILD, MILD or just fall back asleep and hope for a DILD.

      P.S. Get an alarm clock...

      Try DEILD

You might have some success with that.

DEILD is usually close to 100%, but there is a window that you have to take advantage of that is only a second or two long. DILDs work for me, I do wake up before them though usually.

If you drink a big glass of water before bed you will wake up in the middle of the night. It's SOOOOOOO MANY times better to wake up naturally than to be abruptly woken by an alarm clock.

Aside from keeping a consistent sleep schedule (which improves general function, both dream and awake), the actual times you wake up/go to bed don't matter much. In fact, how you sleep matters much more!

Are you a deep sleeper? (If yes, consider WILD)
Once you wake up, is it easy to go back to bed? (If yes, consider WILD)
Have you ever realized you were dreaming, prior to joining? (If yes, invest some time in DILD)
Do you often wake up in the middle of a dream? (If yes, consider DEILD)
Can you recall at least one dream per night? (If no, disregard all of the former questions. Dream recall is centrifugal to any lucid dreaming routine. Get good dream recall, and then work on techniques)

ok yes i can recall dreams easy enough. im a very deep sleeper and once i get up in the middle of the night i get back to bed really easily. that is the one reason why i considered a WILD i nthe first place. Also i have had a few lucid dreams but they were my mistake before i read up on them. I was planning on trying a WILD a few times like 4 or 5, and maybe move onto another method after that. I am not putting much pressure on myself to do this, so I am just gona wait for a right time to do it rather than put pressure on myself to wake up at this time and go to bed at this time and such.
