I've been practicing WILD techniques for about a week and a half now and have managed to induce SP on each recent attempt. I don't usually get any HI when my eyes are closed so I count my breaths. |

If you think you can't, you're right.
I have the same problem. Only if I try too hard, I can't get back to sleep easily. |

Well it's 3:30am, a little earlier than my alarm was set for. Not entirely sure why I got up at this time. Can't remember whatever dream I may have had unfortunately, but I'm just about to attempt WILD again with a few pointers from around the forum. |

Good Luck! I wish I could just have ONE LD!! Just to know that I can do it. |

Total LD's: 1! OMG YES!!
Well I'm awake again... I was very close and even started to see some flashing imagery. Nothing specific, just colours. I felt my body was numb enough for me to do a reality check but I actually did move my real arm. Then the paralysis faded. I rolled over but was awake. Gonna try again just now. Maybe I left it too long... or not long enough? It always seems to take exactly 40 minutes to get to this stage. |
