The Tibetans dream yogis suggest sleeping on your right if you're a man your left if you're a woman. In the 'lion posture' - bend the knees enough so that you are stable, rest the top arm along the side and place the lower hand under the cheek. I LD on all sides, but I think that on balance I do wake up from LDs, more than half the time, on my right.
