I don't know why, but I have a bit of trouble with focusing on my breathing. I focus on it TOO much and I start to either get distracted or think about how I could focus my breathing which doesn't get me relaxed.

Does anybody have a special way? Like pretending to breathe in to different parts of the body? Or waves of breathing? I don't know. I'm thinking about it way too much and it's getting hard for me to WILD. I start either breathing really deeply, skip breathe, or forget to breathe at all!
