Thats it. Search for the state of mind. And if we are not in that state of mind, lets move into that state from normal state. If i only knew. I am trying to search for it. It is like trying to change some wrong routines and implanting new.
As i am observing the situation it seems, that the more i let every aspect of lucid dream go, the better it works.
Still i am focused. It hears a little contradictory, but it feels like to be full aligned withing. Just to find out how it works.
Freefire you were fully right about the answer. Thats exactly the night. Hard to fall asleep, too awake. and maybe too aware. And thats the essence. thats how chain LD happen. Just to find it. Maybe we should observe and write down, what we do differend in day before. Maybe we should make some research. {this would be fine for research and educational team to deal with}. Myself. I dont have the capacity to do so. I am glad, when i recall. But this DSM {dream saturated mind} is a phaenomenon to be researched.
What do you thing. How are your observations about the state of mind you need to have to be able to LD? Especially DSM state?
