Now it's the opposite. I'm too tired to stay conscious! This can be fixed easily enough with proper motivation, however.
I had that problem at first, and I had to stay up a bit longer before going back to bed.

I am to the point now where I can get to SP almost 100% of the time when I WILD. But I do not always get lucidity, thats my current objective. These are the steps I had to take to correct my problems with WILD.

1.) I had to figure out how long to stay up after going to sleep. Which for me seems to be 30 minutes.

2.) I had to motivate my self to not stop counting. Otherwise I fall asleep.

3.) I had to imagine something in my mind. I usually imagine the numbers as I am counting.

4.) I had to not be as interesting with things started happening in SP. I would get excited and start thinking "I am about to get lucid. Yay!". That is not proactive for me.

5.) L-glutamine, L-theanine. or Galantamine + Choline seems to help me achieve the SP everytime instead of 10-20% that I was getting.
