What do you guys do to make sure you get out of bed for the WBTB method? |

What also makes you get up is going to the bathroom! |

Lol, that's not too bad. |

Absolutely! If you live somewhere where the control of temperature is not up to you (like in a university dorm type place where they feel like freezing you in the winter and baking you in the summer), you could go to sleep with about 5 blankets too many. Then when you wake up for WBTB, you'll be baking to such a degree that you'll crave to get out of bed. |

I don't get out of bed in WBTB, it takes way too long for me to get to sleep if I move much from my position so I jut wake up and go back to sleep while thinking about lucid dreaming. It works for me |
|
Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it
I have a similar problem. I get up naturally after 4 1/2 to 6 hours. Always have way before I heard about lucid dreaming (which was only 10 days ago tonight), |

im a natural at getting up, and unlike other people I love the cold, thats how i go to sleep really. if though im really tired and dont think ill get up during the night i put my alarm clock across the room so i have no chose to stay in bed. |
