I'm new here and very impressed of the kind and experienced community here at Dream Views. Many topics and a lot of interesting threads.

What struck me is that the "Wake-Back-To-Bed" technique is nowhere to be found here . Many lucid dreamers are working with WILD and MILD. Note that the effectiviness of these techniques is greatly increased when implemented during a brief period of wakefulness near the end of the sleep cycle. Moreover, OBE's are especially prone to wakefulness and sleep paralysis which can be induced more easily in the later part of the morning.

Some time ago I produced 10 high quality (10 minute) lucid dream lessons on YouTube, showing how to apply the Wake-Back-To-Bed technique to induce lucid dreams the quickest. It might support your lucid dream explorations too when combined with MILD or WILD. I've had hundreds of lucid dreams using this technique.
