      Wild

I would like to attempt a WILD as I have so far had no success with other methods, but I am a little anxious having heard about things such as sleep paralysis. Do I need to be worried and if not as anyone any tips for attempting a WILD?

You may feel worried at first. Just as we all felt. But as you will progress. You will let your fear go. Believe me.

Thats why people name WILD as difficult. Becouse it takes a while till you are not afraid. But Slowly you will experience, there is nothing to worry about. And you will master it. So actually wild is about patience and many, many tries. . Dont worry.

Whatever you do, go with the flow. Sure you could hear voices, noises, feel hands and presences, etc. But it can't hurt you. You're just lying in your bed sleeping, along with millions of other people.

Sit back and enjoy the ride.

nothing will happen during a WILD that doesnt happen every night. The only difference is that you are conscious of the experience during WILD, while you are unconscious during regular sleep. Sleep paralisis happens every night right before a REM period of sleep to keep you from acting you your dreams. Its not bad, and most people dont even feel anything scary. The most difficult thing about WILD is the learning part. It takes many many nights of trial and error to accomplish WILD. Its the hardest technique to learn.

Well good luck, and like ailos said, sit back and enjoy the ride.

as the others said, nothing can happend. And there is nothing to worry about.
It might freak you out in the beginning with the SP and other scary things, but you'll get to learn them and know how they work, what happend and so on.
And it's just safe that you're paralysed, you can't get hurt then =).
I got a dream where i wasn't paralysed, i kicked the wall and hurt my toe, and then woke up instantly. I would be happy to be in SP then.

If you try to attempt WILD, you should be ready to have freaky feelings.
I recommend you to read alot about it if you haven't done it so you know what's going on.

I'm not good at WILD, but the few times I've been successful were not scary or anything. So maybe you won't have any trouble either.

Don't even freak out, man. Personally, I think Sleep Paralysis is A-okay, man. It's like a super short acid trip! Sometimes it's fun!

GOOD WILD's: 4 (Got it down Bitches!)
      GOOD DILD's: 3
      Short LD's: At Least 40
