      Sorry I disagree.
      I feel you should focus on the WILD and detract all thoughts from and about the body.
      Each time you want to gulp, you bring it back to the body.
      You are trying to forget about the body and move into your dream body.
      Best is to focus on the WILD and not do any movement at all. They are all tests to see if you will succumb and show the your body you are still awake.
      And lets see if you gulp once, you don't want to again and again...
      Tilt your head slightly if you want...people dribble out the side of their mouths all the time when sleeping if it builds up.
      Why when WILDing, would you do something different.
      Be as tricky as your body's mechanisms to test you are. Trust me.
      I lie like a mannequin on the floor of a shop window, and don't move.
