      Left handed Studys?

      Okay, so now you know I am indeed left handed. My question is does this have an effect on my ability or lack thereof to induce lucid dreams? Logically I would assume it does having known for the better part of my life that that vast majority of the population was right handed and supposedly using a different part of their brain most of time than myself for various tasks.

      I say the vast majority because I assume that in the studies done about lucid dreaming most of the participants may have been right handed leaving t left handed people such as myself unrepresented; or maybe things such as this might not have been taken into account.

      Has anyone done any research on this? or more importantly able to show some results from a study?

      or maybe you yourself are left handed and perfectly able to have lucid dreams?

      Currently awaiting an Inevitable lucid experience.

      since people are usually saying the left handed (does that make it right brained? i think its like switched like that or something weird) people are the creative ones and such, as a rightie i am always wondering if lefties have an unfair advantage on lucid dreaming... hahaha weird.

      Handedness is not the sole determining factor for which side of the brain is dominant. In my case, I'm right-handed and right-brained. Just because you're left-handed it doesn't mean you're right-brained.

      Maybe take a hemispheric dominance test.

      I took your advice and took the dominance test you linked me to, the results are as follows.

      "You responded as a right brained person to 9 questions, and you responded as a left brained person to 10 questions"

      If there would have been 20 questions I probably would have been straight down the middle which is apparently the ideal place to be, (the best of both worlds)

      ===========

      I now have no doubt that 'handeness' dosen't have anything to do with the ability to induce lucid dreams, although I still am without a lucid experience. I have been reading posts on the forums and working on centering my thoughts around LD's and expect that I should soon be in reach of my goal.

      Currently awaiting an Inevitable lucid experience.
