I find that if I roll my eyes to the back of my head when im trying to sleep, it sometimes creates a sort of..falling/rolling backwards feeling. It makes my depth perception weird..and sort of makes me feel all tingly. Not sure if it helps you fall asleep faster, or enter SP quicker..but it makes me feel weird when im half asleep. |

Rapid eye movement is not just your eyes moving uncontrollably. Recent studies actually suggest that the movements mimic wherever you are looking in the dream. So I don't think they are super rapid, y'know? Anyway, if I try moving my eyes in a WILD attempt, it ends up waking me up more than helping me fall asleep. |

Check out my new art postSpoiler for OPEN SPOILER FOR SOME OF MY ART STUFF!:
Whenever I was about to fall asleep at school, my eyes would kind of do a thing where they were mostly closed and my eyes would be all twitchy. |
