      Visualization Almost working.

      I visualize myself playing sports when I try to WILD. Yesterday I did and I started to loose balance and my entire body seemed like It jumped out of the dream to stabilize my dream body. It woke me up and made me feel really weird.

      When doing visualisations. Which one works best for you. Fast action with fast changes. Or visualization of static images? And also would be fine, if you could describe. THx

      Do you mean, like, when you are almost asleep and you fall over or something and it feels like you fell through your bed?

      I pretend I'm skating at the skatepark, but then IU always just end up cruising on a bmx and trying some crazy grind.

      Yes, it kinda feels like im falling through my bed.im close.

      That's one WILD "transitional sensation" (coined by me; as I mean it; it's the transitional stage before Hypnagogia and WILD).

      When I had my 2nd WILD; which is also my latest; I became floating and then I got spun around like you would do in a very slow tornado. LOL
