This forum makes me sad. (My tragic story.)

This forum makes me sad. As you can see from my dichotomous signature (as of this writing), I like that song and have had zero LD's, despite almost a year of knowledge of LD's in general. This forum makes me sad because despite all I read about WILDs and DILDs most recently DEILDS and blah blah blah you can imagine the rest of the story. I'm really pissed off about my lack of skillz, and it's getting really annoying. I also cannot sleep on my back. I don't remember where I read that that is the best way to sleep, but I can't do it. I do not fall asleep even after lying there forever. I guess I'll continue browsing these forums. Maybe you nice people have some advice for me.

NEW INFORMATION AND EDITING AFTER THIS EYE-CATCHING ALL-CAPS STATEMENT
I made this yesterday, and thanks to everyone for their responses. I do keep a dream journal, which I can write in if i wake up right after a dream ends. But I don't wake up at night after dreams, which is another skill that is apparently useful.

Always know sometimes think it's me
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean yes, but it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

DILDs: 2. Current goal: Not wake up instantly from LDs.
