      Lucidity while sick? Hm...

Hey, I woke up sick this morning and was tired throughout the entire day because of it. This brought a question up in my head, would it be easier to do a WILD while sick? I mean, your body is already exhausted because of fighting the virus, I don't seem to be mentaly tired though. I am not saying I am going to sacrafice my health for a lucid dream, I was just curious.

Also, though it doesn't seem like it would effect it much, would it be easier for a DILD to occur while sick?

Not for me, when I'm sick its harder for me to concentrate when attempting WILD. Not sure if it makes it easier to DILD. But also when I'm sick I either can't remember my dreams or its harder to.

I had some fucked up dreams when I had the Flu, they were vivid and long, but I do not remember any lucidity...

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

First off when you are sick your dream recall is affected. All your body needs when your unwell is rest and lots of it. When I'm sick LDing is off....

I once WILD'd while suffering from a hangover. I remember it being one of the most freeing feelings, one second I had a killer headache and sickness, and the next i felt great... It felt pretty weird as the pain just dissolved into nothing.

As far as it being easier I think it depends on the person, I know someone who see's all sickness (especially with fever) as a great opportunity to WILD. Personally I find it pretty hard to focus on anything when really ill and don't normally sleep well.

In my case, sickness = crazy dreams. Wouldn't want to be lucid in them.

When I'm sick, I want uninterrupted sleep in most scenarios. So I wouldn't recommend it.
