Good call. That is what MILD is for. You picture yourself in a dream you just woke from, then imagine yourself becoming lucid in that dream. What dream signs did you miss? What should have tipped you off that it was a dream? If you do this in the middle of the night, as you are falling back to sleep, the logic and attentiveness will carry over into your next dream.
