      The intended use of the timer is to completely fall asleep before the timer goes off. You don't have to do any concentration or anything like that. The idea is, that as the timer repeatedly wakes you up, you get closer to an awake-asleep barrier where it is easy to enter sleep paralysis, then enter a lucid dream.

      Check out the attached chart. When the alarm wakes you, you must remember not to move. It only beeps a few times each time it goes off, so you don't need to hit snooze or anything. It is suggested to use during a WBTB.
