Thread: Whats the best LD method you use?

I've been going around looking at everything and i just wanted to see what everyone else was most successful with. So what technique do you find the best to have a LD with, DILD, WILD, MILD, FILD, VILD, WBTB(combining it with a technique) or DIELD?

The "best method" will vary from person to person so the most popular one in this thread may still not work for you, but personally my best method is a WBTB-MILD

I know lol, i just wanted to see what everyone else was using. I was looking in hope to find one technique that a ton of people use so i could try it. I was just curious

I am also interested in the response to the OP's question. From what I've seen around the forums, it seems WILDs are the most popular ones

Of course, it has to be DILD, WILD and DEILD just don't have enough quality or lenght, and I'm more customed to DILD anyway <.<

Thanks, correct me if I'm wrong, but, WILDs have to do with counting followed by a statement everytime eventually entering SP and then visualizing to get into an LD while DILDs are more about relaxing before bed and then using autosuggestion such as "I am going to remember to recognize that I am dreaming". Is the above correct or did I miss something in either technique? DEILD is more about chaining and getting an LD AFTER waking up from a dream and then returning to that dream by lying still and allowing SP to take place
