hello
i am trying to achieve a WILD through daydreaming. it is definatly the way for me.
i will note one thing though, as i fall asleep it gets very hard to focus, the further i fall into sleep, the harder it gets to focus on one particular topic.
i find that when i daydream in boring situations, it is a very loose sort of daydreaming, very random, with no purpose.
if you do this when trying a WILD, you will most likely forget you are trying to WILD and get 'swallowed' into your daydreams.
instead, try daydreaming with intent. daydream that you are in a place and go exploring, and as you do so, dont just use sight and sound, use other senses:
-pain
-thermoseption (hot/cold)
-touch
-sound
-smell
-taste
-many others i cant think of
