Do you have any tips on how to maintain the lucid dream, or start it up? Thanks in advance

i have had one lucid, i was a newb, so had no idea what to do.

but i figure, a dream world consists of 5 things. sight, sound, taste, touch, smell.
so when a dream fades, essentialy, its these 5 senses that are fading.

so a solution is to increase the strength of these senses by provocative actions, such as touching grass, tasting food, smelling flowers, listing to hands clapping.

so the next time i find myself lucid, i will do the above imediatly. and i will do it every couple of minutes, to keep the dream stable + vivid.

try it. i will. ill let you know how it goes.
