      anyone have any success for rhythm napping

      i was reading this guide in rhythm napping for lucids/ obes.

      what i basically understood from it is that you wake up 3 hours early then set a time to wake you up 4 minutes than 8 minutes then 12 minutes.....etc

      has anyone had any success with this method and can you explain it more please.

      Yep, i've had 1 LD from it.
      I had trouble falling asleep and wakeing up from alarms, so i guess if you can get passed those two things you should be sweet.

      I've read that it's one of the easiest and most effective techniques.

      I tried it only once, and I had two short WILDs. I'd really like to try it more, but I don't have time. I'm a busy person.
