Thread: Hints to remember to do reality checks and get lucid?

Ok here is what I do...

Every night I do 40 crunches and 25 push ups then drink a big cup of green tea..
I have never been lucid but any dream I have I right it down in a note pad....

I remember to do a reality about 4 times a day but I can never seem to get lucid the 1 month I have been trying and I seem not to be having any dreams at all lately.....
Any tips?

My advice would be to keep writing in your dream journal, then read over your dream journal and try to spot anything reoccuring (Dream sign) then reality check to this and anything that relates to this.

Also, as you're falling asleep think to yourself that you will remember all the dreams you have. Or "I am going to lucid dream tonight" something like that, and believe it.

Also, try to increase the number of crunches and push ups you do every day. It may not be beneficial to dreaming but it's always a good idea!

what type of dream sign and what do you mean by basing your eality checks on them
example please, maybe even one from my dreams?
