Some ideas for you:
-Try to train yourself to think "everytime I look at my hands I will ask myself if I am dreaming."
- Write something on your hand (Am I dreaming now?) might be a good idea, but anything will work, and everytime you see it you will ask yourself
- Think of any common element... maybe food, or water, and ask yourself if you are dreaming everytime you see these things
- Everytime you look at the time ask yourself if your dreaming
