Do I Have a Good Grasp of What is Going on?

Ok, well I am trying to WILD for my first LD. I have done so much research and I think I have a good grasp of how to do this. Please correct me if I don't.

      1: Fall asleep.

2: Wake up before a REM cycle.

3: Lie still in bed until sleepiness occurs.

4: Keep brain occupied but not focused on anything.

5: Switch from external attention to internal attention.

      6: Dream.

I shortened it down. I would have a lot more to put into it, but I just want a good answer. Do I know what to do?

don't forget, in the middle of 5, to think about lucid dreaming! Otherwise, you might just dream normally!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

It sounds good. I suggest following this technique, http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42271 along with what you have done here. Good luck to you!
