Alright, another question about WILDing. Last night, this morning, I attempted to WILD again. Everything was going good. I was staying still, staying awake, yadda yadda. But then, when it came time to switch from External Attention to Internal Attention, I had no clue what to focus my attention on!

So my question is, when switching attention to Internal Attention, what do you give your attention to?
