      Easier way to LD?

Right now, I got my LD by MLIDing, but that takes me a long time (1+ hours). Is there a good method for DILDing?

Hmm, I've had some easy success using a different method. I'm not sure if it's actually a DILD, but it's not a WILD.

Well, you know how it is when you are waking up from a normal dream? You go, "ah, I should have realized I was dreaming," and for a moment you are still half into your dream. Right at that moment, right before you wake up, you have to concentrate really hard on NOT waking up and staying in your dream. If you can stay in your dream for another second, and get it a little more stable, you can start to stablilize normally (e.g. rubbing your hands together, spinning around, etc.). You are immediately lucid and you can retain that, although I'm not sure how long the dreams last.

I would try it out and see if it works for you, it's been pretty easy for me to achieve and you don't have to lie away at night repeating mantras or worry about reality checking.

He's not telling you to wake up in the middle of the night. You can use his technique when you wake up in the morning.

I hate to say this, but there is no real method that can guarantee you a lucid without much time or work. Most everything requires some amount of time, practice, or a combination. Most of all, patience is needed for DILDs because it can take a while to start having them no matter what you do.

Having said that, MILD should not take an hour before bed every night. Try it for maybe 10-20 minutes instead. Like I said, MILD is a method that will take days or weeks no matter how long you spend in bed each night--your mind needs time to internalize the information you are giving it, and time to respond accordingly. Be patient with it.
