Dream Recall is one way to help look for your Dream Sign which could lead you to becoming lucid. It personally hasn't helped me yet (haven't found my DS yet), but everyone is different. Everyone can become lucid with a little training |

After looking at a few threads on the site it seems they all say to improve dream recall. Also a lot of people say that there dreams are not very vivid. Is it strange all of my dreams are as vivid as real life? Is it anything to do with my age (I'm 16) or another factor? |

I don't think age has anything to do with it. I think vividness of dreams is an accident of birth or just has to do with lifestyle and how much attention you pay to dreams. I used to not dream at all (well, not remember) and once I got into lucid dreaming my brain realized that they were important to keep a memory of and they became VERY vivid. That's another reason for dream journals is to tell your brain it should remember these things. |
