You're probably going to want to build up a decent recall first...I would recommend getting plenty of sleep and also using a mantra/auto suggestion to bolster recall (I like to use "I WILL remember my dreams.") Many people have reported great success with this method. Also, when you first wake up, hold perfectly still and try to remember as much of your dream as possible. Also keep a dream journal. Sounds silly, I know, but it is invaluable. |
