Maybe you were once a lucid guru, WILDing every night even. But now you keep finding yourself in stressful boring dreams. Your mind is so foggy you don't realize you're dreaming and you wake up even more miserable because of how boring/stressful your dream was. Your dream recall is dropping. And suddenly obtaining lucidity, which once felt natural, seems almost impossible

Lets say you even do become lucid for the first time in months. You miss your favorite dream spots and quickly fly to it. Maybe its an ocean, maybe its a jungle, or some other fun and exciting spot. Only to find that even your favorite spots, maybe even your dream signs, are being trampled over and destroyed by images from your boring stressful dreams

So what do you do when stress kills your lucidity? The worst thing you can do is try to deny your stress. As hard as you try to simply have fun and exciting dreams, your stress will continue to creep back up and suck all the joy out of them

Rather than trying to escape or deny your stress - you need to do just the opposite. You need to embrace it, and experience it to it's fullest and see the stressful situations for what they are, totally and completely unreal. Stress is created by the illusion that we are trapped in a situation. We are never trapped. The truth is, change is the only constant.

I guarantee you your subconscious is ready. Are you? It's simple. Tonight ask your subconscious to take you back to those stressful dreams. Lets say its work. Ask your subconscious to take you back to work. To dream of the worst day of work ever.

But you need to be ready.
Mentally and emotionally ready to overcome this stress. Being mentally and emotionally ready means being ready to forgive work, and all those in work for causing you so much stress. Forgiveness is an act to free you emotionally.

Let's say its your boss. Then forgive your dream boss. This can be a powerful act because your dream boss does represent your emotional attachments to your boss.

After forgiving work and all those involved - free them from the dream. Let all the dream characters involved know that this is merely an illusionary dream, none of this is real, and release and free them. Let them know that they are free to be happy. That you are free to be happy. Remember that all of these dream characters reflect parts of yourself. Parts of yourself that is emotionally trapped because of stress. You are freeing your trapped self!

Are you ready?

Your dream will deliver you a nightmare! The stressful dream will continue to increase and increase and increase and increase, until everything is just ridiculous! But this is for your benefit, not to torture you. No doubt, when you first arrive in this dream you aren't lucid. And like last time and all the times before, you took this shitty dream for reality.

Well, ridiculousness can help you realize just how unreal this situation is. Your subconscious will make this dream seriously ridiculous and vivid to give you ample time to realize just how unreal this situation is. Once you become lucid its time to free yourself.

You can physically destroy any physical item that makes you feel trapped, release the physical item from its present condition. Maybe its the cash register. Maybe its your desk. Go ape crazy!

This helps affirm to yourself that none of this real! And it has no power over you! If youre in a clerk outfit. Rip it off. You're not a clerk, you're free! Affirm in the dream just how free you are!

But do not, do not harm the dream characters. Why? Because they represent real emotional attachments to real people you have encountered. If you 'fight' them then you are saying that you are still angry at these real people. This is contradictory to your goal.

Rather, see everyone in the dream just like you. That everyone is trapped in this artificial illusionary situation. That were all victims of it. So free everyone in the dream! And affirm in the dream how you are free from this situation!

You should feel happier when you wake up.
