      Has anybody on this website......

Has anybody on this website mastered lucid dreaming(able to lucid dream every night), from just keeping a dream journal and doing reality checks?

With my technique I am beginning to LD every night. However I can't say I have mastered it. I also can only do my technique on Fridays and Saturdays (and sundays if I don't have school)

      I call it VOSCA (Visual/Offset Sleep Cycle/Audio)

Also combined with WILD attempts about 6 hours in. In which I get up, set my alarm to the OSC time, and go back to bed.

Sometimes the initial steps are for breaking the Memory Barrier, a very early hurdle for anyone beginning the art of Lucid Dreaming
People are creatures of habit and RC practice helps to snap someone out of routine.

Conscious dreaming can be mastered by various methods.
The steps outlined above certainly help to get one there.

As one learns to slowly awaken in the dreamlife, one could continue "mastering dreaming" into a true awakening. Where after a while one begins to see Lucid dreams as only a secondary effect to other Conscious possibilities.

Don't think I have mastered it, since there is always new things to learn, but I do LD daily by using RC, and I mean doing them to become lucid, not becoming lucid then using them just to not do silly things lol

sometimes I'll go on really good streaks, but I'm far from mastering. with a little more discipline to a sleep schedule, I think i would have better results that I currently have though.

How long? A little bit longer than 8 years, the hardest part is finding something that works for you, which is why I always tell people to try a technique, see if it works for them, and if it does, modify it to their own personal thing.
