I have been trying to dild now for several months with no success I do not know what I am doing wrong. I have occasionally tried to do WILDs but that has not worked either. I cannot wbtb because I have to get up to early for school. Can someone help me find out what I am doing wrong. |

One thing that's helped me get a few extra DILDs is to do a reality check every time I go to sleep, and get up in the morning. This way, I catch false awakenings (which I actually get quite a lot of!). |

Write down all your dream signs that you can think of then study them throughout the day. Know each sign and what it means/represents to you and do more reality checks throughout the day. Lastly, make sure you are getting proper sleep each night. At least 8 hours to DILD and make sure you aren't exhausted when going to sleep - this effects your chances of DILD and what really helps is doing mantras before you fall asleep. Do them while laying in bed at night with your eyes closed. Convince yourself that they will indeed work! |
