Well, it's POSSIBLE to do a WILD (which is pretty much what you're saying), without the Wake-Back-To-Bed part of it, but be forewarned that WILDing is much more difficult to do when first going to sleep at night. I can already say that it would be difficult to stay conscious when you're very tired when you're aiming to have a WILD going from waking to your first REM phase, which is just after 90 minutes. You're going to be laying awake for an hour and a half to WILD without waking up at the 5.5/7 hour mark.... |
