i have had one, half minute lucid dream in my life and that was 2 months ago, i have been trying for 2 and a half. WILD, MILD, VILD, SHMILD it dusnt work. i need something special. plz u hav to help anything u can give me wud be gr8 |

2 and a half months isn't really that long. My advice would be to stop worrying about the specific methods involved in LDin, just chill out and know that you will have one sometime. Go to sleep normally, be aware that you're falling asleep, try to think that you'll notice you're dreaming. No biggie if you don't, theres plenty of nights ahead of you. You can even WILD this way, just go to sleep - and on the off chance you notice a lot of vivid HI before unconciousness... go with it! |

Maybe you aren't doing the techniques correctly...how do you do the WILD? Have you tried the WBTB method? Try drinking some caffeine (like a few cups of coffee or 2 mt. dews or something) and taking a nap midday. I can't really help you though if I don't know what you are doing wrong, or aren't doing right with any particular method. |

There could be a ton of factors in this. Your dream recall, Your sleeping pattern and as lucidnina pointed out, if you are properly doing the techniques. |

yeh thanx 4 ur relpies. firstly my recall is 1-2 dreams a night, which i think is great, secondly, i would prefer not to take drugs, but the caffiene + nap idea sounds good. |

Give it time, give it time. I was getting very frustrated like you are now, but just give it time. I was thinking about giving up but I decided to try just a little bit longer now I have a lucid dream 1-3 times a week. |
