Basically, what Clyde said. That one of the first things I do before I go off on completing my goals is I turn on my dream body's senses. Usually I do this by focusing on something smaller, like my hands or my wrists. I grab my wrist and feel how it feels. Then I look around and engage my sight. Look around the room and make sure everything is stable. Once that's done, I try to recall any goals I might want to do.

It took me a while to get to this point. I found what works for me is writing what I call "Practice Lucid Dreams." I use my real DJ entries and re-write them at a point where I could have become lucid and I plan out things like stopping, looking at my hands, touching things and stabilizing. Since I started doing this, it manifested into my LD's like second nature
