      Still having trouble becoming lucid!!!

      Im still having trouble becoming lucid. Any suggestions? I have been going through my dreams after i wake up and my dream recall has gotten alot better.

      I have tried WBTB, mantras, and even lucid aids. When i tried the lucid aids i cant even remember my dreams.
