Is this the start of Sleep Paralysis?

I've got a few questions. I have experienced a few things that I've heard some people may attribute to sleep paralysis, I'm just wondering your guyses thoughts on this. heres what I have been feeling:

      • feeling like my head is expanding
      • wavy feeling like i'm moving up and down slowly
      • full on vibrating for about 10 seconds. My whole body feels like it's shaking

Is this the start of SP? The vibrations usually don't happen until I'm about to fall asleep. Then they do happen and I start to get excited and I don't know if I'm ruining anything or not because I don't hear the noises or see anything (haven't tried moving but pretty sure I'm not paralyzed). After I get excited, they usually fade after about 5-10 seconds

Definitely. Just keep relaxing deeper, as Jordan mentioned, and when things quiet down, slowly get up and do a reality check.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
