      Question Does the CAT method work?

      Has anybody here tried the CAT method, and have they had success with it? I'm interested in trying it out, because it sounds like for all that hard work you're likely to get something out of it. Summer vacation is coming up soon for me, too, so I'll be able to sleep whenever I want and not have to worry about anything. However, I don't want to deprive myself of sleep if it's not going to induce lucids.

      If anyone has tried CAT, it would be helpful if you would post how it went here. Thanks in advance.

      I tried it a while back, and ended up having one of the longest lucids of my life.

      It was a great test of my will power, though, especially that first week. I ended up conversing in a notebook with people who don't exist just to pass the time. It can make you feel crazy, that early in the morning.
