Ok what your doing sounds good. For recalling dreams when your alarm goes off take a few seconds before moving to get the dream locked into your head. Shut your alarm off and write it down quikly. Write down anything you remeber. And I mean anything. Even if you had a half second log memory of a dream you might have had write it. Then your recall should go up. Also if you take drugs that are not perscriptions try stopping them and see what tht does to your recall.

Keep a positive attitude and don't give up. Lucid dreaming is great and can take a while to have your first.
