      i have that too, sometimes in very vivid dreams i try pinching myself, feel a bit of pain and then think im awake, so weird!

      Not a good RC...You feel pain in dream actually.
      Try pinching your nose instead...If you can breath, you are dreaming.

      Or try the memory check. If you can't remember what you did before the present, or if you remember falling asleep before the present, you're dreaming.
