An alarmclock isn't required but for using the WILD technique it sort of is. If you really donŽt want to have an alarm clock next to your bed you will be best using the DILD. Which means youŽll be allready sleeping when you realise youŽr dreaming. Look through your journal and look for things that reoccur. In my case me being at work or seeing my youngest niece. You have to learn yourself that every time you encounter one of your dreamsigns in real life, (for me when I encounter my niece and when I become concious that i am at work) you do a reality check. Once that becomes an automatic movement it will very likely transfer onto your dream. |
