Having problems with my lucid dreams lately

Hey everyone so recently ive been having Lucid dreams a lot more but theres something up with these ones.
Ill be dreaming, recognize a dream sign, do a reality check and then im lucid, but, in my Dreams they wont be like my old lucids, were everything is vivid and i can control things, its more like, im aware im dreaming, but i cant really do much.
its only a little more than a regular dream, and when i try to control my dream it doesnt work very well

anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to have more control or make them see more, well, lucid?

Go to Tutorials and look at dream control. Your level of dream control and lucidity was VERY low.

Like Mike02 suggested, it seems like your lucidity levels aren't as high as they should be. Dream control usually comes with heightened lucidity, as then you're mentally more in the dream and can be more confident. Try taking vitamin B6 or drinking apple juice an hour before bed to help increase dream vividness, and practice spontaneously stopping randomly throughout the day, asking yourself if you could be dreaming. Try to be as genuinely questioning as you can when you do this (then do a reality check to confirm reality).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      @ Puffin:
You said apple juice an hour before bed helps, does it also mean apple cider?

Anything with real apple should work. =)

Dream control is probably best to practice more. Good job on being a pro on getting lucid
