Thread: Calling all Astral Projectors!

I watched some of his lucid dreaming videos a month ago. He seems a pretty experienced lucid dreamer, but my opinion of him sort of lessened when I realized that he believes he literally travels to spiritual places when reaching deep levels of lucidity.

Yea he does have some pretty intense ideas, can you astral project? If you can should definatly give this a try! Even if you cant and are interested its worth it I think

By 'astral project' do you mean OBEs? I thought that's what it meant. Sorry for sounding like a newb. I used to get them nightly unintentionally, but unfortunately I haven't in years... except I did get it 2 nights ago while attempting a WILD. Maybe when I start LDing more I'll get them frequently again. I might check it out.

I used to astral project often as a child, although I didn't really understand what I was doing at the time. I would lay down with closed eyes, and before long my body would vibrate until it felt like it was dissolving. Then I would find myself in strange and beautiful gardens, space-scapes, and other locations. I kind of suppressed it as I got older because people would look at me strangely when I talked about it. Now I am struggling to get back into practice. I am hoping that becoming experienced with lucid dreaming will help me get back to where I was.

Yea OBEs and astral projection is the same I think? Awsome you guys should definatly come along to the sessions! I missed the first two but the next one is this saturday, cant wait!
