When you guys astral project, does all of your astral body completely separate from your physical body? Or does your astral body divide itself into twin aspects, one of which stays fully in the physical body, and one of which leaves it? It seems to me that it must always be the latter, that your physical body can't exist without the astral body in it. Just looking for refutation or confirmation.
