How do I channel my ki?

You guys seem like a knowledgeable bunch so I thought I'd ask here. Can anybody show me how I can control my personal energy? I already tried learning from this instructional video (sorry, can't post links ) but it didn't help too much. I promise I will use my powers for good and not evil

If you expected some instant formula for doing kame-hame-haas, to change ur hair color to yellow or something like that - sorry. But you wont find that here. First, Ki=Chi=Prana. Google it. I think you have most info under Prana. You will need to work on your concentration, breathing (pranayama), asanas, meditation, visualization. Basically do yoga. With this you will need to write down your dreams, and try to analyze them when you have the time. Also, some light physical exercise is required to keep the balance in order. This are basics required for anything of that sort. All of this is needed in the perfect scenario. Of course you can adapt it to your own requirements. After that maybe you can find some info under Reiki, or something like that.

But why do I need to write down my dreams? They have nothing to do with my ki lol. Also, does my physical exercise have to be light? I train pretty hard, and I eat a lot. Thanks for the suggestions, I don't know what Reiki is though. I just want to channel my energy.

OK. For the sake of someone else in the future stumbling upon this topic: - Your exercise do not need to be light. They need to be light as a minimum, not as a maximum. - Reiki - "Through the use of this technique, practitioners claim to transfer healing energy in the form of ki through the palms". Don't discard something you have no idea what it is. - Its called psychical energy. So in order to be able to control it you need to work on Yourself. And analyzing dreams is a big part of it. When you are balanced psychically, everything is easier. - When I said breathing (pranayama) and concentration I was not referring to your ability to keep yourself alive by using air or concentrating enough to form a simple sentence. - So, If you ever get seriously interested google up: concentration, pranayama, asanas, meditation, visualization, hatha yoga. @Overman But if have Saiyan blood that changes everything. And I'm not worthy or capable of giving advice, Saiyan Master.

OOH! Chi! Begginers need to take energy from the earth, so sit in the lotus position. Put your hands resting on your knees, palms up. Close your eyes, visualize energy coming from the earth, into your body, and collecting in your Solar Plexus. You can do many things with the Chi now. Put it into balls, (You feel the sensation of heat, just have it flowing through your fingertips into a ball in your hands), Heal yourself, Many things. I like to channel it into my hands, I feel the sensation of little sparks. When you don't consider yourself a begginer anymore, you can use your own.

I have some experience in focusing ki and I'd like to get back into it myself. What you do is get a good feel of ur nervous system and practice feeling ur spiritual viens. Then using ur heart mind and spine as ur power source you concentrate on creating a subtle but real ball of white/blue energy in ur palm, from there you can project ki freely. The key is practice, practice non-stop for a few days with meditation and focus and you will get this down. Btw the human body doesn't have enough energy to do a real kamahamaha, only a suble stream. Although spiritual masters may have the ability to access higher levels of energy.

What would the difference between Psionic Energy and Ki/chi/Prana be? Or is there a difference?

It is the same thing, different cultures gave it different names: Japanese - Ki Chinese - Chi Hindu - Prana Psionic energy is a new-age term for the same thing. (that is the difference between these three terms and 'psionic' is that psionic energy represents only the controled, willingly focused energy. But in the end its the same thing)

I think I've been naturally capable of channeling ki chi whatever since i was young. However I never paid it much attention. I believe I can create a steady stream of energy (I have nothing to compare to) to my hand but thats about it. I never knew it had any significance. When i first learned the heat feeling was supposed to be ki it surprised me. Is it normal for a person to easily be able to just be able to do it without any knowledge about ki?
