New Reality Check=Sleep paralysis and Hypnapompic hallucinations.

      Hello.
I've had somewhere around 8 Lucid Dreams in total, I have always used the Nose pinching technique to atain lucidity, until 3 lucid dreams ago when it didnt work as I planned. So I started training my brain to do the RC when you check your hands for abnormalaties.
Then I had a Lucid Dream 2 days ago, I checked my hands, and my ring finger and middle finger on my left hand dissapeared. Then the strangest thing happened, It felt like my hands started shaking and the dream warped and disappeared infront of my eyes, and I woke up IRL with sleep paralysis and I heard noises around me. Buzzing sounds.
Then I had another Lucid Dream this morning, same thing happened. Checked my hands, one of my fingers disappeared. Then I started shaking and it sounded like an Earthquake inside of my head, woke up and couldn't move. Again.
This has NEVER happened when I used the Nose Pinching technique, only with my two recent Lucid dreams, when I changed my RC.
My two recent dreams, even though they only lasted a few seconds before I woke up and was paralysed, was the most vivid and realistic feeling I have felt from a Lucid Dream.
Could this be a sign? that I am kind of "forced out" of my dreams by my own mind? because I am not ready for such realism within a dream?
Or could it indicate something else?
As i mentioned, it has only happened with my new Reality Check.

      I appreciate all answers.
Keep on dreaming, and take care!

      /Erik

You know, the experiences can be very different, even when you try to do everything the same way. You are more likely to wake up when you think of your sleeping body, get excited or don't stabilize well, or just the dream cycle is over.So I can't really tell, if you woke up because of the new RC. I guess, you need to experiment some more Happy dreams
