Take a look at the link. Read the part about tactile visualization clear through the part about combining it with the visuals. I don't mention it there, but if you get good at this you can easily then take control of your etherial body by using the exact same technique. I hope it helps!

I have read that thread already . I can visualize perfectly. I could imagine myself getting up out of bed in perfect detail but my body just would not let my astral body go .

I tink it iis a common problem. It is not overly hard to have your etherial body sit up or stand up, but you can not really fully detach from the physical body. If you read about the concept "The Silver Cord" or "The Silver Thread" you will see what I am talking about. A point of contact must be maintained with the physical body. The dream/ etherial body then becomes more like a tentical of the body rather than free of it. Try to imagine a point of your etherial body staying attached aand stretching out to keep you connected like a kite string or a repelling line. After you can do this you set up the silver cord and then can move it to the back of your mind. You will staay connected by the cord and can now go explore. It is actually a bit more advanced, but you will get it in no time.
At first try keeping one finger on your body and freelyy moving the rest of it for practice, then pull yoour hand back allowing the finger to stretch into a thin line of contact. It does not have to be contact at any one point, but it is a good way to show your mind that you are not going to leave it cut off from access to the body.

I mean my astral body won't even get up or stand up.... But thanks for the answer anyway I'm sure that will help me later !

Omg don't force yourself into having a OBE. Instead meditate and work on your chakras tell you have vibtations. Then fall asleep naturally. When I go to bed at night I feel vibrations and end up out my body like after I fall asleep. It almost feels like your on a vibrating chair.

Your trying to hard. You need to calm your mind. I never got out with these methods. The only one that worked for me was meditation.

If you were in sleep paralysis one very successful method is to relax past the vibrational stage. You may be attempting to separate too early. You can do this by extending the length of time between your in and out breaths. This will automatically take you throught the vibration stage. You may need to experiment with the length of time of your pause breaths. You will at some point pass the vibration stage, this doesn't mean that you are leaving sleep paralysis but instead entering a deeper trance state. Then you can attempt to separate.
