Thread: Astral projection question

I'm under the impression, that yes. Can't remember which book, but it was about LDing/OBEs, the author described how he used to see his kids astral bodies run around and play, when he meditated after putting them to bed at night. OK, so he was not astral, but he had his astral vision from meditating.

What i have read about astral planes, they were described as places, where a projecting person can see other dreamers, astral entities and others that are projecting. Theoretically, you could meet someone at someplace, but I think you would have to be really skilled at ending up at the place you choose. I believe, that usually it's a quite random place where you end up.
