Just google search "CIA Stanford Research Institute Stargate Project." I would look for the PDF file on the government link that should show up so you can read about the declassified document from a legit source. Not that other sources aren't legit, but to see the U.S. government acknowledge and confirm psi phenomena is pretty cool.
